In Web 3.0, actual powers lie within the hands of the users. Their information which they share on website and web applications is being used by the companies for database and advertisement purposes.
Though this helps individuals to get favored ads and eliminate unnecessary contents but this leads to invasion of privacy. Therefore, Web 3.0 allows the users to decide their privacy invasion.

It is simply the reverse process. In Web 3.0 users will and can come to a conclusion together. They will be making the decisions online with acceptance and agreement of each other. It also implies that there will be no censorship.
For example YouTube sets the rules for YouTube users in web 2.0 but the system will be reversed in web 3.0.

While searching one has to be particular about the information he or she needs. The words should be appropriate and to the point to extract the desired information.
